Instructions on how to enter and the prizes(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (as defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
This promotion will be conducted in participating stores (as listed below) in Australia or New Zealand that stock Hot Wheels products and display material advertising this promotion (each a “Participating Store”). The promotion will open and close in each jurisdiction during the following periods (each a “Promotion Period”): Australia (Target Stores):
• Entries open on 06/10/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 19/10/2025. New Zealand (Farmers Stores):
• Entries open on 06/10/2025 and close at 11:59pm NZDT on 19/10/2025.
To be eligible to enter, entrants must spend AUD$30 or more in a single transaction on any Hot Wheels product/s at an Australian Participating Store, or NZD$30 on any Hot Wheels product/s at a New Zealand Participating Store during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases made online at a Participating Store’s official online store will also be deemed acceptable for the purposes of this promotion.
To enter, entrants must then during the Promotion Period visit www.hwcollector25.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including full name, residential address, phone number, age, valid email address, nominate whether they reside in Australia or New Zealand and submit the fully completed entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent on Hot Wheels products in excess of AUD$30 or NZD$30 in that transaction);
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
a maximum of five (5) prizes are permitted per person (excluding SA residents).
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries will be divided into the following groups based on where the entrant resides: Australia and New Zealand. The first number of entries drawn per group as below will be awarded the corresponding prize for that group Each prize is valued at AUD$9.50/NZD $10.50. The draw for each group will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 11:00am AEDT on 03/11/2025. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw. In the event of any ACT winners, their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published at www.hwcollector25.com on 12/11/2025.

If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the successful winner’s behalf.
Winner/s are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by 10:59am AEDT on 03/12/2025, then the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value in Australia is AUD$9,500 and the total prize pool in New Zealand is NZD$3,150. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 03/12/2025 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, disruptions due to pandemic or related government order, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter is Farmers Trading Company Limited (“Farmers”).
Condition of Entry
All qualifying members (as defined in paragraph 5) are automatically entered into a Monthly Points Party.
There are 3 monthly prizes of 1000 points to be won.
3 qualifying members will randomly be selected each month.
Winners will be notified through both contact number and email. Once the prize is accepted, points will then be loaded onto the winner’s Card.
Qualifying members are Farmers Club Members who have provided us with a valid email address and have marketing email permissions switched on in the My Preferences page.

Ways to subscribe to Farmers marketing emails:
Farmers Club members can scan the Farmers Club Shopping Spree Competition QR code available in store. This QR code will direct members to an online form where they can provide their Farmers Club email address to subscribe.

Farmers Club members can also sign-in to their Farmers Club account online to access their ‘My Preferences’ to subscribe. Ensure that an email address has been provided and click save.
All Farmers Club members who are subscribed to Farmers marketing emails with valid email addresses prior to competition, are automatically awarded 1 entry into the draw when the competition closes, no further action is required.
Farmers Club members who subscribe to Farmers marketing emails during the competition period will be awarded an additional entry into the draw.
Only valid emails will qualify for the draw. Prize Draw

There will be 10 winners drawn.
Prize winners will be notified by phone and / or email from the details provided from the winners Farmers Club account with 2 working days of the draw.
If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to the 31st of January 2024, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternative prize winner. The alternative prize will be contacted within 48 hours using the details provided from their Farmers Club account.
The prize winners will be published on the Promoters website farmers.co.nz/competitions after the completion of the draw.
All personal information will be collected and stored by Farmers in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. The winner has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting Farmers.

Conditions of Entry
To qualify for this competition, Farmers Club members must (in a single transaction) spend over $50 for 1 automatic entry, or over $100 for 3 automatic entries into the draw.

The customer's Farmers Club card must be swiped, or be signed into Farmers Club account online, at the time of the transaction. Entries cannot be made after completion of the transaction.

Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on the 5th of April 2024 at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.
59 winners will be drawn, one per Farmers Store, including Farmers online e-store.
At the end of the competition period winners will be contacted via a phone call and the prize will be sent to the winners’ preferred store once all winners have been contacted and their details have been confirmed.
Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.
It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their Farmers Club details are current, prize winners will be contacted using their available Farmers Club account information.
If a winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 2 working days of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.
Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winning Club member must present their Farmers Club details and corresponding proof of identification to claim the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.
Prize winners should allow up to 2 weeks for the prize to arrive.

The Promotion is open to anyone who resides in New Zealand and is exclusive to Farmers Club members only. All entrants under the age of 16 acknowledge the winning prize will be registered in the name of their parent or legal guardian.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
As entry into the prize draw is automatic, acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
