• Neck: Measure around your neck, where your shirt collar fastens.
• Chest: Measure around your chest at the fullest part, keeping the tape horizontal.
• Waist: Measure around your waist, where your trousers or jeans usually sit.
• Inside Leg: Measure from the top of the inside leg down to your ankle.

• Ask a friend to help you
• Stand barefoot on a level surface
• Stand upright but relaxed with your feet together
• Use a cloth tape measure
• Measure over underwear
• Hold tape snug but don't pull tight
