Delivery costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. You can also see an estimated delivery cost on the items’ product page for Oversized items, by entering your address in the ‘For delivery estimate and stock availability’ section.

The expected delivery date of your item will be displayed on the payment page after you submit your address. Oversized items show ‘Available to order’ on the product page and includes items where we may not have this item physically in stock but will arrange for this item to be delivered.

We use several delivery partners to deliver our goods. Delivery is to only a valid New Zealand address. Standard deliveries are sent out with no signature required, if you require a signature please ensure you tick this on the delivery page. Your order will then be sent with the signature required for no additional cost.

Oversized items require someone to be home to sign for these products.

Collect in store

Do you want the convenience of shopping online but don’t want to miss the courier? Collect in Store is available at all Farmers stores. You will receive an email once the order is ready to be collected. All items are shipped to the collection store from a centre warehouse in Auckland.

A few products are not available to Collect in Store. Refer to product page for details. All Collect in Store orders are shipped from our Online Store located in Auckland.

Step 1

Add products to your order that display the collect in store icon on their page.

Step 2

Select 'Collect in Store' on the delivery page during checkout. Select your store from the list.

Step 3

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Pop in during opening hours with your order number and proof of ID.

Track My Order


You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email.
If you have signed in online during checkout - you can login and go to your My Account section. Click on the Order heading and click into your order. Your tracking link will display in the order information.
Based on the information provided by our delivery partner, they have confirmed the order / items have been delivered.

Frequently Asked Questions

All products online are available to be delivered to your home, plus large items purchased in store - whiteware, beds and furniture (a fee applies).
At the time of purchase, we will let you know approximately when the order will arrive. For standard online orders our Courier Parenters will deliver these. For Oversized items The Farmers Home Delivery Service team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Any special directions to help us locate your home easily.

  • Advise us of any difficulties our delivery team are likely to encounter, i.e. steep driveways, restricted access, animals etc.
  • Be available to take delivery on the agreed date or make arrangements for a representative to accept the delivery on your behalf.
  • We regret that we cannot arrange existing furniture within your home so it is best to have the room ready where the goods are to be situated.
  • Apartment buildings: Delivery will only be completed to an apartment if there is a service lift. If not, the delivery will be to the address only.
  • Furniture that needs to be delivered over a balcony: Delivery cannot be completed over the balcony, our drivers can deliver to your home but other arrangements will need to be made to lift over the balcony.
Minor assembling of furniture will be carried out if required - this will include attaching legs and head boards to beds (when purchased together) but excludes major assembly and any electrical or plumbing connections.
For oversized items - Carefully inspect the product(s) before signing the driver's delivery note. Should any damage be found after signing for the products due to the item being concealed (i.e. not obvious due to packaging) you must notify Farmers within 24 hours of delivery.

Four items delivered by out Courier Partners - please notify Farmers within 24 hours of delivery regarding any damage. 
Unfortunately we are unable to hold your items once they are ready to be delivered. This includes oversized items. Once your oversized items are ready to be delivered our team will call you to arrange a delivery date.

If your email address has changed or you’ve never supplied one you will need to email or call our Contact Centre to update it.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty. We are happy to exchange your items at any of our physical stores within 14 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.
